I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and the conference facilities were excellent. The meeting rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and professional environment for our sessions.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or a designated area with computers and printers. It would have been convenient to have access to these facilities for last-minute printing and other business needs.

Enjoyed the clean and comfy beds and the great atmosphere in the common areas. A highlight was the exquisite restaurant that served delicious food with excellent service. the stunning surroundings and access to beautiful hiking made the experience even more enjoyable.
The staff could have been more helpful and attentive, lacking in basic customer service skills and not providing important information such as check-out times, breakfast location, or the location of key facilities. the rooms were in need of updating and cleaning, with stained curtains and walls and dust in the corners, which undermined the overall experience.
